H.Y.P.E to Empower currently works with their community through many types of support services and programs. H.Y.P.E. assists clients in identifying and implementing strategies to maintain current housing and health status. Our organization provides tools and referrals to provide newly diagnosed individuals with comprehensive and basic style management counseling and much more. Connections to primary HIV doctors, medical providers, and social service organizations are also provided to support our mission to rid our community of HIV.
With your help, it is our goal to be able to expand our services and the number of people we serve, as well as the area of offered services to make a dramatic impact on our community.

Atlanta, GA has one of the highest rates of HIV infections amongst marginalized young people in the United States. H.Y.P.E. to Empower develops programs to mentor and support HIV-positive youth and their families. We encourage young people to become leaders and advocates for their communities and assist them in managing their health, finances, and social responsibilities.
